Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping on purchases $150 and more (exclusions apply).

Michael's Jewelers is happy to offer free shipping on all jewelrybymj.com orders of $150 and more. Orders of $149.99 or less will be sent Priority Ground Shipping (5-8 Business Days) for a flat rate of $25.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally or to PO boxes.

Generally items ship within 48 hours or two business days. However, we will do our absolute best to ensure that items are shipped the day after the order is placed, if placed on a business day. If an item is ordered after 1pm EST (Eastern Standard Time), we will consider the order is received the next business day. Here are some other shipping items you may need to know:

In some instances, order and payment processing may take up to 24 hours and may delay shipment.

If an item is being altered (sizing, engraving, etc.), then shipment may take an additional 3-4 weeks.

Because your items are valuable, we use UPS and USPS. UPS and USPS requires an adult signature for ALL orders. Please do your best to ensure that someone will be able to sign for the delivery when it arrives!

Michael's Jewelers is not responsible for any delays in shipping time caused by UPS and USPS.
