Shipping and Delivery

Shipping & Delivery:

All Shipping & Handling is nonrefundable, unless fault of Michael’s Jewelers.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, or on weekend days or on holidays will be processed the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Michael’s Jewelers ships by US Postal Service (USPS) for priority shipping for delivery within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or US territories. If you would like to ship to international destinations, please email us at support@jewelrybymj.com  for instructions.

Upon delivery of any item purchased, the laws and regulations of the shipper become the regulating laws of the shipment. The risk of lost items passes to you upon delivery from the carrier. Michael’s Jewelers will not be held responsible for the lost or delay of any delivery to the shipping carrier.

Wrong Item: If Michael’s Jewelers ships the wrong item that does not match your receipt, then Michael’s Jewelers will ship the correct item to you immediately and cover the shipping cost for the returned item and the shipping cost for the correct item back to the customer.
